Thoroughly enjoyed the price of our a double room and its essentials. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower and hair dryers for our convenience. The location was lovely close to the sea and the staff here was really kind.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches in the west of Crete. I recently stayed at a hotel in Kissamos and had an amazing experience. The staff at Hermes were excellent and went above and beyond to help me with local knowledge and recommendations. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast at the hotel was of a good standard, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and a cappuccino from the machine. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast by the pool every morning. The location was perfect for exploring the west coast and there were two top beaches nearby - Balos and Falassarna. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to a friend.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and there was a convenient market right across the street. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the traditional Cretan treats were a pleasant surprise. We got an amazing deal on our room, which had all the amenities we needed like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and a fitness centre. We were very satisfied with our stay!
